Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original shoe box or apparel bag, ensuring the package is placed inside a separate shipping box to prevent damage to the product packaging.
Ship the Item
Affix your shipping label and drop off the package at a certified carrier location; we recommend using a trackable service as Solestop is not responsible for lost transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
